  • Account details such as name, email address, organization, role, and authentication information.
  • Project content including plans, takeoffs, estimates, cost lines, notes, proposals, rules, and vendor information.
  • Communications, support requests, feedback, and information submitted through forms.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide and secure ZULU, authenticate users, generate and preserve estimates, support collaboration, respond to requests, troubleshoot issues, improve product performance, prevent fraud or misuse, comply with law, and communicate material service updates.

4. AI and project content

ZULU may process plans, takeoffs, descriptions, and cost information using automated systems to produce estimates and recommendations. Outputs may be probabilistic and should be reviewed by a qualified professional. We do not use customer project content to train broadly available models unless an authorized customer expressly agrees.

5. How information is shared

We may share information with infrastructure, authentication, analytics, email, file-processing, and professional-service providers acting on our instructions. Information may also be visible to authorized members of your organization. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not sell personal information.

6. Security and retention

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls and encryption in transit and at rest where appropriate. No system is completely secure. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet contractual obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with law.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of certain personal information. Organization-managed accounts may require us to route a request through the applicable administrator. You may opt out of non-essential communications using the instructions in those messages.

8. Cookies and third-party services

We use essential browser storage and cookies for authentication, security, preferences, and service operation. Third-party services linked from ZULU have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not govern them.

9. Children and international use

ZULU is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. Information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our providers operate, subject to appropriate safeguards where required.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. We will post the revised date and provide additional notice when appropriate. Questions or requests may be sent to aaron.brickhouse@gmail.com.
